Tapping into current issues through collaboration

The School of Business at the Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) launched a two-day Mental Health Awareness 2023 campaign at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Berakas yesterday.

IBTE’s School of Business Head Masnalliza binti Mohd applauding IBTE’s efforts in generating awareness on the importance of mental health believed that the event serves as a platform to incorporate current issues into the pedagogy through business school projects.

This year’s business project is a collaboration with the Ministry of Health to create mental health awareness in conjunction with World Mental Health Day.

Among the activities lined up for the event include food stalls, mental health talks and consultation booths by IBTE counsellors and MoH officers. – Rokiah Mahmud
