The Employees Trust Fund (TAP) announced the new operating hours for TAP service counters and call centres from September 1.
Service counters will operate from 8am-3.30pm from Monday to Thursday and call centres from 8am-12.15pm and 1.30pm-4.30pm.
Service counters will operate from 8am-11am and from 2.30pm-3.30pm while on Friday, call centres will operate from 8am-11.45am and 2.30pm-4.30pm.
Service counters on Saturday will operate from 8.30am-11.30am (TAP Headquarters Branch at PGGMB building only) and call centres from 8.30am-11.30am.
The public is advised to register as a user of the e-Amanah portal through the TAP website www.tap.com.bn to enable access for TAP services online such as submitting TAP/SCP/SPK withdrawal applications, obtaining SPK statements which will also show the monthly estimate of the monthly annuity and also other facilities such as updating personal information.
