A talk was recently held for women officials of the Islamic Da’wah Centre to raise the knowledge on calculation of menstruation and Istihadhah days as well as their categories and the law of worship during that period according to Mazhab Shafi’e.
The talk also aimed to raise awareness on the role and responsibilities of PDI speakers to determine the rights of women, and spreading the knowledge of Fardhu ‘Ain.
The talk was held at the conference hall of the centre in Kampong Pulaie.
The talk, managed by the PDI through the Dakwah Dissemination Division (Religious Talk Unit), was facilitated by officers Hajah Siti Aishah binti Haji Abu Bakar and Hajah Noarasikin binti Haji Abdul Majid from the State Mufti’s Office.
The event began with the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar, Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat.
The event concluded with the presentation of souvenirs to the facilitators by PDI Senior Religious Officer Hajah Zunainah binti Haji Gunong. – Azlan Othman
