The Centre for Student Development and Innovation (CSDI) of Politeknik Brunei (PB) and Darussalam Motorcycle Association (PEMODA) organised a talk on ‘3K Basic Briefing to Prudential Driving’ on Thursday at PB’s Lumut Campus, Belait District.
The talk by PEMODA Vice President Mohamad Shah’rin bin Shahbuddin, saw 105 students from PB’s School of Science and Engineering and School of Petrochemical participating.
PB’s Head of the School of Science and Engineering, Haji Mohammad Reizal bin Mohammad Ali was the guest of honour.
The talk was a continuation of PEMODA’s pilot project as a partner in road safety awareness with the Ministry of Transport and Info-Communication.
Its aim was to create awareness among young motorists on safe driving and also introducing the 3K programme – Share, Identify and Control – as their guideline.
It is hoped that the talk will produce knowledgeable, disciplined and responsible road users who comply with the traffic regulations and laws of Brunei Darussalam.
