A religious talk touching on the knowledge of performing prayers properly was held at Kampong Sungai Besar Mosque yesterday.
Deputy Director of Jawi Studies and Kitab Turath Research Centre of Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) Dr Haji Mohd Shahrol Azmi bin Haji Muluk delivered the talk, following the Kaifiat Solat Mazhab Shafi’e.
“We should uphold prayers’ pillar and perform every prayer movement properly as stated by Mazhab Shafi’e,” he said, adding that every other Islamic pillars must be performed correctly.
The gathering was organised by KUPU SB and Kampong Sungai Besar Mosque Takmir committee members.
The mosque’s advisor Haji Mohiddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman attended the talk.
