To support the family action plan through the Special Committee for Family Institutions, Women and Children of the Mosque Affairs Department recently held a talk on ‘How to Educate Children in Islam’ by special grade religious teacher of Muslimah Affairs Division at the Mosque Affairs Department, Ministry of Religious Affairs Hajah Nadhirah binti Haji Lahit.
The event was held with the cooperation of members of Kampong Bukit Udal Mosque Takmir Committee in Tutong District to highlight the importance of building a happy, calm and peaceful family.
The programme also provided knowledge and guidance on how to guide a family based on Islamic teachings as well as to share the verses of Al-Quran and Sunnat prayers practised by Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). – Azlan Othman
