Officers and staff of Perbadanan Tabung Amanah Islam Brunei (Perbadanan TAIB) and its subsidiaries, Insurans Islam TAIB Holdings Sdn Bhd and Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd held a mass Sunnat Hajat prayer in conjunction with the Wuquf in Arafah.
The ceremony, held at Ash-Shaliheen Mosque, the Prime Minister’s Office building complex, was aimed to seek blessings from Allah the Almighty for the safety as well as health of Brunei Darussalam pilgrims’ travel to Arafah in performing their Haj.
Managing Director of Perbadanan TAIB Datin Hajah Hasnah binti Haji Ibrahim attended together with the management committees, department heads and officers of Perbadanan TAIB, Insurans Islam TAIB Holdings Sdn Bhd and Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd.
The event began with the mass reading of Surah Yaasiin and Doa Selamat led by Mosque Affairs Officer at the Ash-Shaliheen Mosque Haji Mohammad Izzat Izzuddin bin Begawan Pehin Khatib Dato Paduka Haji Emran, followed by Sunnat Hajat prayer and mass Asar prayer.
