Brunei Darussalam continued its streak of having no COVID-19 cases placed in Categories 4 and 5 requiring treatment in the intensive care unit or respiratory assistance and close supervision yesterday.
Meanwhile, the Sultanate registered 111 COVID-19 recoveries, bringing the national tally of recoveries to 274,297.
The latest developments on the COVID-19 situation in the country was announced by the Ministry of Health in its daily report.
The rate of the population that has received the fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine is at 11.8 per cent, while those who have received three shots of the vaccine stands at 79 per cent.
Meanwhile, 62.7 per cent of adolescents aged 12 to 17 have been administered the third dose, and 87.8 per cent of children aged five to 11 have been inoculated with two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
