His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, on Monday afternoon attended the Swearing-In Ceremony for the newly-appointed Deputy Minister (Energy) at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) Awang Haji Mohamad Azmi bin Haji Mohd Hanifah.
The Ceremony was held at Istana Nurul Iman.
Also present was His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the PMO.
The Letter of Appointment was recited by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Penggawa Laila Bentara Istiadat Diraja Dalam Istana Pengiran Haji Alauddin bin Pengiran Paduka Tuan Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar, Grand Chamberlain.
Also in attendance were Special Adviser to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Minister at the PMO; Minister at the PMO and Minister of Defence II; Minister at the PMO and Minister of Finance and Economy II; Deputy Minister at the PMO as well as Permanent Secretaries at the PMO.
