His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam visited various departments of the Ministry of Health (MoH) including the Administrative and Finance, Healthcare Technology and Patient Management Unit during the monarch’s unscheduled visit to the ministry yesterday.
The Accident and Emergency Unit as well as the Pharmacy Section at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital also came under royal scrutiny. During the visit, the monarch interacted with officers and staff.
His Majesty was greeted on arrival by Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Defence II Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof and Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar. – Azlan Othman
