His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, on Friday left for Manama, the Kingdom of Bahrain to hold a State Visit that will be held on June 9-11.
Accompanying His Majesty was His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Mateen.
Prior to leaving Istana Nurul Iman, Doa Selamat was recited by Pehin Orang Kaya Paduka Seri Utama Dato Paduka Seri Setia Haji Awang Salim bin Haji Besar.
Present at His Majesty the Sultan’s Flight Hangar in Rimba to bid farewell to His Majesty were members of the Royal Family.
Also present at His Majesty the Sultan’s Flight Hangar to bid farewell to His Majesty were Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran-Pengiran Cheteria; the Special Advisor to His Majesty; the Speaker of the Legislative Council; Members of the Privy Council; Cabinet Ministers; Deputy Ministers; the Commissioner of Police, the Royal Brunei Police Force; and Acting Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
