His Majesty, in his titah, also outlined that challenges, such as political, economic and social issues, have risen in recent years, including the impact of the unprecedented and disruptive nature of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, peoples and governments have had to quickly adapt and be responsive to such challenges.

In this regard, the UAE is leading the way in the future of governments through pioneering efforts in a number of areas, such as renewable energy and emphasised on the role of the youth as leaders of tomorrow, as they will inherit and implement the nascent policies developed today.
