His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa‘adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, on Friday attended a Bilateral Meeting with His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia.
The Meeting was held at Ritz Carlton.
Accompanying His Majesty was His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Mateen.
During the Meeting, His Majesty and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia discussed matters of mutual interest to strengthen bilateral relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including economy, investment, and trade.
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to attend the ASEAN-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit which was held for the first time on 20th October 2023. The Summit was co-chaired by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Indonesia, as the Chair of ASEAN in 2023.
