Students from Duli Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah College (MDPMAMB) collected some 240 kilogrammes of rubbish in 50 bags during a beach cleaning campaign at Tanjung Batu beach recently.
The students, comprising from the college’s Geography Department and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Unit, aimed to promote environmental awareness and support initiatives for sustainable development goals.
Some 10 tutors and 57 students participated in the event. – Azlan Othman
