A group of students – Muhammad Darwish bin Mohammad Azalmey from Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan Science College, Mahfuzah Wadi’ah binti Mahwadi from Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Secondary School, Muhammad Haris Bazly bin Romi Irwin from Jerudong International School (JIS) and Nur Farisah Insan binti Haji Ansamawi from International School Brunei (ISB) – won bronze at the 11th Online ASEAN+3 Student Camp for the Gifted in Science recently with a project titled ‘Introduction to Anthocyanins’.
The students were guided by Nurul Faizah binti Ya’akub from Berakas Secondary School who also participated in the 13th Online ASEAN+3 Teacher Workshop for the Gifted in Science. The Ministry of Education (MoE) through the Centre for the Development of Gifted and Talented Education (EDGE) coordinated the participation of four Year 10 students to represent the Sultanate in the 11th Online ASEAN+3 Student Camp for the Gifted in Science.
