Twenty-one students from Sayyidina Ali Secondary School (SMSA) were feted for their academic achievements in GCE ‘O’-level examinations last year in a ceremony yesterday.
“Among them are five students who managed to get nine ‘O’-level credits,” said School Principal Seven Shim Sheau Huei in his remarks, adding three students also achieved eight ‘O’-level credits and four received seven credits.
One pre-vocational student also received an outstanding achievement award, he said.
The principal also expressed his gratitude to the teachers who guided the students in their examinations as well as the parents and guardians for continuing the support at home. – Daniel Lim
