Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA), through its Office of Career Development and Industrial Networking (OCeAN) in collaboration with the Alumni Affairs Office and the Alumni Association, visited the Officer Cadet School (OCS) at the Defence Academy, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF).

Some 62 participants, comprising UNISSA alumni and final-year students, attended the career visit.

The visit began with an introductory briefing on the OCS and career opportunities within the RBAF, and a question-and-answer session.

The visit also involved in a command and task activity organised by the RBAF, where the students were engaged in tasks and challenges related to leadership and teamwork, offering them practical experience in military career.

The purpose of the visit was to introduce participants to career opportunities within the RBAF and to provide them with a realistic understanding of life and responsibilities in the military, as well as honing their leadership and teamwork skills.

The visit concluded with Head of the Alumni Affairs Office Dr Norasiah binti Haji Amai presenting souvenirs and certificates of appreciation to the representatives. – Fadley Faisal
