The Ministry of Education (MoE) through the Department of Scholarship Management held the opening ceremony for Jati Diri ‘Itqan’ at the Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah Institute of Health Sciences (PAPRSB IHS), Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD).
Acting Senior Special Duties Officer at the Department of Scholarship Management Rosimah Sumaimah binti Haji Matassim was the guest of honour.
The four-day programme will be attended by 32 UBD twinning programme students under His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s Government overseas scholarship scheme for the 2023/2024 academic session.
The programme will incorporate briefings, activities and sharing sessions serving as part of the students’ preparations before embarking on their overseas studies.
