Progresif Sdn Bhd launched the Progresif Care+ mobile application in February that allows customers to access their accounts, reflecting digital transformation and strengthens Progresif’s commitment in providing a revolutionised customer service experience through technology.
Users also have direct access to new products and promotions.
Bill payment can also be done through the application.
Sharing Progresif’s role in the new economy and to introduce a two-step monetisation system for content creators and how Progresif supports budding entrepreneurs was Progresif Chief Commercial and Digital Officer Adi Iskandar bin Haji Basri.
The presentation, ‘Stop Ideating, Start Progressing’, was delivered during the Brunei Mid-Year Conference and Exhibition 2022 (Brunei MYCE 2022) Digital Technology Week at International Convention Centre, Berakas yesterday.
According to Adi Iskandar, Progresif Media is among the products introduced by Progresif that supports local content creators and is accessible internationally.
As of recently, “Progresif Media has penetrated 27 countries by accessing various platforms and devices that include mobile phones, laptops and tablets”.
He also shared special offers from Progresif in conjunction with the Brunei MYCE 2022.
