State Mufti Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia (Dr) Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned received a courtesy call from Islamic Religious Advisor to Chief of the Defence Staff and Service Chiefs of the British Forces Imam Asim Hafiz, who is in the country to better understand the diversity of religion in this region.
The courtesy call was held at the State Mufti’s Office on Tuesday.
British High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam John Virgoe and British Defence Advisor Captain Jonathan Caple, Royal Navy were also present.
Imam Asim Hafiz is on a two-day working visit to the country.
