Members from the Village Consultative Council of RPN Kampong Panaga and Baden Powell (BP) Guild led a gotong royong campaign on Friday to clean up the surrounding areas of Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam in the Belait District.
RPN Kampong Panaga ‘C’ Village Head Khairul Abidin bin Mohd Yassin and BP Guild Committee Chairman Beelie bin Tengah led the group.
Beelie said the event served to enliven the centre by providing a more conducive environment for the students to grow and learn. “We hope that this event will help the centre provide better care for their students, as well as serve as a platform to inspire more similar activities and campaigns in the future,” he said. – Daniel Lim
