Around 200 orphans, underprivileged individuals, single mothers, senior citizens and new converts were treated to a Hari Raya gathering at a restaurant in Kampong Mentiri and presented with donations yesterday.
Acting Village Head of Zone II of RPN Kampong Mentiri Haji Nizam bin Haji Julaihi was also present.
Managing Director of Perusahaan D Mas Jaffre Sdn Bhd Saibudden Mohd Jameel said they wanted to share festive joy, and the event was part of the company’s efforts in assisting the underprivileged in the community.
