Speedy queues at Brunei-Miri border on Hari Raya

The Brunei-Miri border experienced swift-moving queues on the first day of the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration on March 31, as residents made the short journey across the border to reunite with friends and family.

The queue at the Sungai Tujoh Control Post began in the morning and occasionally extended towards the compound’s perimeter, but quickly shortened as immigration booths were opened to handle the traffic. Control posts across the nation will operate with extended hours, from 6am to midnight, starting on March 25 until April 6. – Daniel Lim
