Spectators will not be allowed to attend selected Brunei Futsal League 2023 matches, national football governing body Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD) announced recently.
The matches involved are Almerez FC vs MS ABDB, GG-Indera SC vs Street United and Almerez FC vs Street United.
The decision came following an incident which broke during the match against Almerez FC and GG-Indera SC last Sunday.
During a meeting, the Standing Committees had proposed that all matches involving both teams will have no fans allowed until further notice and further decisions to be made from the FABD Disciplinary & Ethics Body.
The decision from the FABD Executive Committee was made effective last Monday.
In the meantime, the Legal Standing Committee has reminded all clubs and teams participating in all FABD competitions or endorsed tournaments to adhere with the rules and regulations.
