The Souq Al-Qudwah 3.0 expo continued for its fourth and final day at OneCity Shopping Centre in Kampong Sungai Hanching on Saturday.
Among the activities of the day were Live Azan; contests for visitors to the expo such as colouring, Jawi and Khat writing, Jawi reading contest, recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar, memorising Selawat Tafrijiyyah and a youth tausyeh performance from Firqah Raudhatul Munawwarah.
Acting Assistant Director of the Islamic Da’wah Centre (PDI) Dr Hajah Rohanita binti Haji Yaakub attended the closing ceremony.
The closing ceremony commenced with the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar and remarks by Nuraini binti Muhd Amlee, followed by a certificate presentation to entrepreneurs that participated.
Among them were Muallafpreneurs Consortium members; Muallaf as-Syahadah Youth; PDI book store; Perbadanan Tabung Amanah Islam Brunei (TAIB); Brunei Islamic Religious Council (MUIB) Zakat distribution recipients; Asnaf Zakat Empowerment Programme (PROPAZ) under the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Usahawan Bekarih; Friends under Supervision and INSAF, BIBDSEED programme and One Village One Product (1K1P) Transformation.
The event concluded with a Doa led by a Religious Education Officer Haji Badaruddin bin Haji Basar along with a Dikir Syarafil Anam.
