ISLAMABAD (XINHUA) – At least six people were killed and five others injured yesterday morning in two different road accidents in Pakistan’s southwest Balochistan province, said police.
Police said three people riding on a motorcycle lost their lives when a speedy car hit them at the airport road in Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan.
In another accident, two passenger buses collided with each other at the coastal highway in Uthal area of Lasbela district of Balochistan, leaving three people dead and five others wounded, added police.
Police and rescue teams rushed to the sites of both accidents and shifted the bodies and the injured to nearby hospitals.
Two separate cases were registered about the accidents by the police.
