The Immigration and National Registration Department (INRD) enforcement officers nabbed six foreign workers during ‘Ops Kabat’ recently.
In Mukim Kilanas, three foreign nationals were arrested for not working with the original employer.
The trio were also found working not according to the position stated in the passport.
Meanwhile, at a house renovation site in Mukim Kuala Belait, three foreign nationals were arrested and brought to the Law Enforcement Division for further investigation.
Two were arrested for not working with the actual employer.
The other was arrested for hiring workers without the knowledge of the actual employer.
