Masin Secondary School organised a blood donation campaign on June 13 to showcase their Year 9 CERIA (Cooperation, Empathy, Respect, Integrity, Achievement) school values in action.
The event generated a positive response from both teachers and staff, as well as the community.
Motivated by the desire to make a difference, the Year 9 Diamond students took the initiative to organise the campaign with their teachers’ guidance. During the campaign, the students worked together with the Blood Donation Centre, to increase the blood stocks. Medical professionals were also on hand to oversee the procedures and assured the 22 donors’ safety.
