In conjunction with the Lunar New Year celebration, Sinaran Pelangi School yesterday hosted a lion dance performance organised by the Unity Charity Association.
The event was a vibrant display of culture and unity as students, parents, teachers, principal and members of the board of directors interacted and welcomed the lion dance troupe to the school. Unity Charity Association chairperson Loo Shee Yun expressed her enthusiasm, stating that this marked the first-ever lion dance at the school.
“We hope that the cultural celebration will become a tradition for the years to come as it brings joy and unity to the school community.
“The colourful and energetic performances showcased the rich heritage and values that the association aims to promote through our cultural events,” said Loo. – Adib Noor
