Several offences were found during a joint operation by the Law Enforcement Division of the Labour Department at six locations in Kampong Anggerek Desa last Saturday.
Law enforcement agencies involved were the Labour Department, the Immigration and National Registration Department (INRD), the Royal Customs and Excise (RCED) and Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF).
The labour law enforcers found three offences including failure to provide accommodation and cleanliness of the surrounding, while immigrant law enforcers rounded up 15 foreigners under Chapter 17 of the Immigration Act and customs officer apprehended 17 foreigners under Section 146(1)(d) of the Excise Order 2006.
