Several organisations are rallying the community to join hands to donate blood to save lives in commemoration of World Blood Donor Day.
AIA Brunei is organising a blood donation drive at its headquarters at Pavo Point in the capital from 10am to 3pm, while the Ministry of Health will also organise a blood donation campaign tomorrow and June 15, from 8am to 11am, and 1.30pm to 3pm at the Al-‘Afiah Hall at its premises.
Meanwhile, Suri Seri Begawan Hospital will host a campaign on June 15, at its lecture hall in Kuala Belait, from 8.30am to 11.30am and 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
Donors can also visit the Blood Donation Centre at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital during working hours, from 8am to 11.30am and 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Booking a slot through the Bloodkad application prior to the event is encouraged. – Fadley Faisal
