Members of senior management at Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) completed an executive development programme facilitated by the Universiti Brunei Darussalam School of Business and Economics (UBD SBE) recently.
A closing ceremony for the programme was held on Tuesday, where UBD Assistant Vice Chancellor (Innovation and Enterprise) Professor Dr Muhammad Ayub Sadiq @ Lin Naing was the guest of honour.
The programme provided knowledge in managerial subjects such as strategic planning, slamic corporate governance, capacity building, leading and management and change management. Participants were given certificates of completion, jointly endorsed by UBD and RB.
RB CEO Captain Sabirin bin Haji Abdul Hamid said, “This programme serves as a platform to equip our teams with the latest tools, knowledge, skills, and forward-thinking attitudes essential for thriving in their present roles and for propelling both RB and Brunei toward the prosperous and sustainable future envisioned in Brunei Vision 2035.
“By investing in our talent’s professional development, we not only strengthen our airline but also contribute to Brunei’s aspirations for a more promising tomorrow.”
