A 67-year-old man has been charged in the Magistrate’s Court recently with sexually assaulting a seven-year-old girl.
No plea was taken from the defendant at the mention of the case last week for the charge alleging him of performing sexual acts on the minor at a hut in the capital on August 30.
The defendant will appear in court again on September 18.
