The second round of HECAS 2022 online application to local higher education institutions (HEIs) – Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) and Politeknik Brunei (PB) – for the academic year 2022/2023 commences at 8.30am today and will close on September 14 at 3pm.
The programme levels offered are Level 5 Diploma, Higher National Diploma and first degree programmes.
The HECAS online application is open for valid Brunei Darussalam issued IC holders (yellow, purple or green).
HECAS does not process government servants applying for in-service training applications or foreign applicants who do not have valid Brunei-issued IC. Applicants can use their predicted results to apply to the local HEIs (UBD, UNISSA and PB). They will receive a conditional offer upon meeting the entry requirements.
Upon completion of the HECAS online application, applicants are required to settle overdue payments through BIBD Mobile application; and fulfil registration and supporting documents required by HEIs stated in the institution checklist.
