Tragedy struck a family on an outing in the Batang Duri, Temburong District when one family member went missing while swimming in Sungai Batang Duri yesterday.
According to the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF), the missing man is a local aged 20 and was last seen wearing a shirt and black pants.
The Bangar Police station received a call through 993 at around 9.40am.
At press time, Fire and Rescue Department personnel as well as paramedics were at the scene to assist in the search for the missing victim.
