Schools unite for interactive haj experience

Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha Girls Arabic Religious Secondary School (SUAMPRIPAHS) hosted the Ilal Majdi Wal ‘Ula programme yesterday, featuring a haj simulation to deepen students’ understanding of the pilgrimage through both theoretical and practical learning.

The programme saw participation from students of Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Arabic School, Ma’had Islam Brunei, and SUAMPRIPAHS as the host.

The initiative aims to instil a strong determination among students to fulfil the Fifth Pillar of Islam in the future, aligning with Brunei Vision 2035’s goal of producing educated, highly skilled and successful citizens.

A competition was also held as part of the programme and ended with SUAMPRIPAHS emerging as the winning team.
