The Community Bureau along with the parents-teachers association (PTA) of Pengiran Anak Puteri Hajah Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah Secondary School hosted a cleaning campaign at Hajah Asiah binti Abdullah’s residence in Lumut on Saturday.
PTA’s acting chairman Zini bin Haji Manan led the group, accompanied by acting principal Ismail bin Haji Mohd Yakob and Village Head of Kampong Lumut II Haji Khairdon bin Haji Dahlan.
The group also handed over donations collected from PTA members to Hajah Asiah.
Kampong Lumut II Village Consultative Council members and Fire and Rescue Department personnel also participated. The school’s community bureau and PTA hope the campaign had fostered ties between the school and the community. – Daniel Lim
