International School Brunei (ISB) was awarded the Eco-Schools International Green Flag Award, reaffirming its dedication to sustainability and environmental awareness.
The award, a global recognition for advancing Education for Sustainable Development, highlights ISB’s efforts to enhance sustainability within the school and its wider community.
The Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) commended ISB for its strong commitment and impactful participation in the Eco-Schools Programme.
Eco-Coordinator David Mark Evans said, “This award symbolises our commitment to sustainability and inspires us to continue educating future generations on environmental awareness.” To celebrate the achievement, a group photo was held featuring ISB Executive Principal and Chief Executive Officer Dominic Morley, General Manager Vienna Law, Eco-Coordinator David Mark Evans and ISB’s Eco Warriors – a student-led team driving environmental initiatives.
The Green Flag Award underscores ISB’s commitment to green education and making a lasting environmental impact.
