Chung Hwa School Kiudang held a swearing-in ceremony during the morning assembly for the appointment of new prefects for 2023.
Fourteen Year 3-6 students were appointed and received certificates of appointment from principal Loo Shee Yun.
The swearing-in of the new prefects was led by head prefect Ranee Pong Xue Ching.
The newly-appointed prefects took a pledge to serve the school faithfully with the best of their ability, uphold the good name of the school and be role models for other students to follow.
