    Scholarships to study in South Korea

    The South Korean Government is offering scholarships to Bruneian nationals interested in furthering their studies in Korea.

    The Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) programme for graduate degrees is aimed at providing higher education in Korea for international students to promote international exchange in education as well as friendship among participating countries.

    Some 1,300 students worldwide including four Bruneian candidates will have the opportunity to study in Korea under the programme.

    The quota of four Bruneians are for masters or doctoral degree programmes and research programme.

    Applicants can choose from a list of programmes offered by participating universities. The application form must be submitted to the South Korean Embassy in Brunei Darussalam by March 14.
