The administration of COVID-19 vaccine to children has been shown to provide protection against the adverse effects of COVID-19 including ‘multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children’ (MIS-C) which can cause complications in recovery from COVID-19 in children, said Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar on Friday.
