Haji Moksin bin Haji Mokti, 53, was chosen as the new village head of RPN Kampong Mentiri Area 2 after receiving 147 votes yesterday.
Voting at the Mukim Mentiri Community Hall was conducted using ballot papers and the PMKK e-Vote mobile app.
The results will be presented to the Board of Appointment, Discipline and Procedures for Mukim Penghulu and Village Head at the Ministry of Home Affairs for the next step in the selection process.
