Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda ‘Abdul Muntaqim ibni Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Paduka Seri Pengiran Muda Mahkota Pengiran Muda Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah helped DPMM FC ‘A’ to win the first edition of the Albirex (S) SEA Cup 2023 Brunei Championship at the Sports School Field yesterday.
The unbeaten Gegar Gegar youth topped the table after accumulating a total of 25 points, winning eight out of nine matches to secure the championship.
IKLS-MB5 FC finished runners-up three points behind the champions while Kasuka FC placed third with 18 points to their name.
The tournament, which entered a third and final weekend yesterday, was organised by Dash Football Academy with the cooperation of Albirex Singapore Football Academy.
The best players from the Albirex (S) SEA Cup 2023 Brunei Championship will be heading to Singapore to play the grand finals in December this year.
