His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab Rahaman graced President of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Brunei and Registrar of Chinese Marriage Lim Han Chiong’s open house in Kampong Telanai on the first day of Chinese New Year celebration.
Accompanying Their Royal Highnesses were Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda ‘Abdul Muntaqim, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda Muhammad Aiman and Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Faathimah Az-Zahraa’ Raihaanul Bolkiah.
On Lim’s thoughts on the Year of the Snake, he hopes to see improvements in businesses despite the current economic challenges and hopefully this can be a trade opportunity.
“As businessmen, we must know how to turn this around by being creative, innovative and to plan ahead,” he said.
He hopes businesses can continue working hand in hand with the government and agencies to have a more prosperous engagement and contribute to nation’s economic growth.
