Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab Rahaman on Monday graced a premier talk as part of the Knowledge Convention 2023 at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Berakas.
Accompanying Her Royal Highness were Princess Hajah Masna, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Princess Hajah Amal Umi Kalthum Al-Islam.
The premier talk, titled ‘Munajat As Heart Therapy,’ was delivered by Ustazah Dr Hajah Lilly Suzana binti Haji Shamsu, Senior Assistant Professor at the Usuluddin Faculty and Assistant Rector for Students Affairs and Alumni at Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA).
Dr Hajah Lilly emphasised the significance of Munajat in daily life, focusing on its role as a therapeutic practice for troubled hearts, guiding individuals toward the proper execution of pious acts.
Munajat also serves as a means to seek forgiveness from Allah the Almighty, with Dr Hajah Lilly metaphorically likening the heart to a driver steering one towards a better life.
