Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) cabin crew was named the winner for World’s Leading Cabin Crew for the fourth year in a row, as announced at the World Travel Awards Grand Final Gala ceremony in Dubai.
The win marks a significant milestone for the national carrier, which celebrates its 50th golden jubilee anniversary in November next year.
“Being awarded the World’s Leading Cabin Crew for the fourth time reflects our cabin crew’s dedication to providing exceptional service to our guests. RB’s cabin crew undergo extensive training before taking to the skies, focusing on safety, service and hospitality.
“It is also with great pride to the airline that our cabin crew are trained internally by our talented team of cabin services instructors. We celebrated our 49th anniversary in November, so this is a fantastic start for the journey towards RB50 Golden Jubilee. I am incredibly proud of all the teams involved in this global recognition,” said RB Chief Executive Officer Captain Sabirin bin Haji Abdul Hamid.
He continued, “As frontliners, our cabin crew are often the first glimpse of the RB’s unique service standard.”
Meanwhile, founder of World Travel Awards Graham E Cooke said, “Winning the ‘World’s Leading’ category is a true testament to the hard work, dedication and service to the consumers.
“Year on year the airline has proven its quality to their passengers.”
