To mark His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s 78th birthday, all shops, buildings, schools, factories, restaurants and other business premises are required to put up banners to enliven the monarch’s birthday celebration, starting July 1.
The official banner can be obtained from Aewon Axotiq Creations in Kampong Kiarong in the Brunei-Muara District, RYS Entertainment on Jalan Setia Diraja in the Belait District, Lee Ta Trading Co at Kampong Petani in the Tutong District, and Cnock Guan in the Temburong District. – James Kon
