The forum kicked off yesterday, gathering some 80 Borneo Rover Scout members from Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan and Thailand to promote and discuss youth involvement, volunteerism and leadership in nation-building in line with the theme ‘Empowering the Voice of Kelana’.
