Following renovation work, Aomori Ramenya has officially re-opened under a new management, comprising Freddie Tse Tow and Vincent Lim, after taking over from the previous owner.
The re-opening was marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the two partners and Deputy Chief of Mission/Counsellor at the Japanese Embassy in Brunei Darussalam Miura Keiko, the guest of honour.
Tse said the opening marks the beginning of an exciting journey and thanked the team of staff for their hard work and dedication in turning the vision into a reality.
At Aomori Ramenya, he added, it is passionate about innovation and crafting unique flavours that bring joy to its customers, and strive to bridge the cultures of Brunei and Japan, a vision that has inspired the creation of two of its signature sushi dishes.
“We hope this restaurant becomes more than just a place to eat – we want it to be a space where people can gather, enjoy great food and create lasting memories.”
Aomori Ramenya operates Monday to Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 2pm, and 5pm to 9pm. It is closed on Fridays. – Lyna Mohamad
