Restaurant and catering service Heritage by Plutoice, originally established in Kuala Belait in 2017, has expanded its operations to Batu Bersurat’s The Curve in the capital, driven by increasing customer demand.
Owned by Patricia Bong, Heritage by Plutoice has built a reputation for its signature blend of Asian cuisine, including Malay and Chinese influences.
The restaurant offers popular dishes such as nasi ayam geprek and crispy Taiwan mushrooms.
While its Kuala Belait branch is already halal certified, the Batu Bersurat outlet is in the process of obtaining certification, ensuring the same standards are met for the wider Brunei market. – Fadley Faisal
